The Certificate Course Fire Prevention Officer
In-company fire prevention
In accordance with the German Occupational Safety Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz, ArbSchG §3), employers are obligated to take all organisational measures to ensure that the safety and health of their employees is not compromised during their work. Further, the Model Industrial Buildings Directive (Muster-Industriebaurichtlinie, M IndBauRL 5.12.3) and the Model Ordinance Governing Sales Premises (Muster-Verkaufsstättenverordnung, MVkVO §26 Sec. 2) state that a suitable fire prevention officer must be appointed.
